So far so good. The service was great. Shaq and the other people working there were a pleasure to deal with. They gave me the money I wanted for mine on a trade in, which was great. Any questions I had on the new car they answered thoroughly. They let me take it for an unsupervised test drive which was a first. From what I can see they know German cars well, they choose the cars they buy carefully, so they obviously don’t get any issues when selling them on. You typically pay a premium with any 2nd car dealership, but with their knowledge on BMW’s, the way they presented the car, the 3 month platinum RAC warranty and their selling history (reviews etc), I was happy to pay the premium to buy it from them. I’ll stick some miles on it and report back at a later date.

A lovely car bought from good people. I bought this car online which initially was a bit daunting, but the whole experience has been everything you would hope it to be. I had a lot of questions and needed a little reassurance, nothing was too much trouble and the communication has been excellent. The car was delivered very quickly and efficiently with great care. Excellent customer care and refreshing honesty and kindness.

First class service,made buying a car a real pleasure! Shak was really helpful and when I had an issue with the insurance,he was quick enough to offer a solution that in the end I didn’t need. Bought a BMW 4 series from here, the car for a start is immaculate throughout, it’s 8 years old but looked like a brand new car when I arrived. They stayed behind for me as I live far away and wanted to go and view this car last minute, and I didn’t feel rushed or hurried along at all, they had all the time in the world for me.
