From start to finish the service was perfect. Not once was I ever pressured with sales tactics – shown the car then left to myself to check it out and even took it for a little spin! Very knowledgeable about the car and exactly as described (if not better!). Even brought the car back a week later for a full detailing and the car honestly looks amazing I’m so happy I gave these guys a go. It’s easy to see why they have consistent 5* reviews! I bought my car without seeing it in person due to the distance. Throughout the whole process, from the initial video to the delivery of the car, Greenland were extremely efficient, helpful, polite and professional. The car was exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them.
Popped up to Greenland Cars to view BMW 6 series, I find it hard to trust motor dealers but after 5 mins speaking to shaq felt at ease, no sales pitch just honest conversation, bought car the price for delivery was outstanding as I live over 80 miles away. This is my first ever review as normally I can’t be bothered to do then but from start to finish outstanding service from Greenland cars.
BRILLIANT VEHICLE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE!!
I contacted Greenland cars to purchase an Audi a7 bitdi that was in absolutely brilliant condition inside and out. The entire process of buying the car was swift and very professional aswell as this they done complete video footage of the vehicle to show me the condition of the car as I was roughly 300+ miles from them and then they delivered the vehicle within days of the purchase. All round I can’t recommend them enough and will 1000% be using them if any other cars I’m interested in become available. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRUE TO THEIR WORD
