Right, I’ll try to be succinct here because I could easily bang on for hours.
The first thing that you’ll notice at Greenland is their genuine passion for the cars. Given their stock, it’s not really surprising – what an incredible assortment of vehicles – but they have an infectious love for the product they sell. Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and proactive, but they’re properly interested.
All of this percolates into the sales process, which is just so smooth. So frequently, passionate car guys are great about the details of the cars, but a bit lacklustre as businesspeople. Not the case here: their passion for the products translate into a passion for good service and a highly efficient process.
I bought a car in Sheffield from London, without leaving my flat. Everything happened online. Every time I felt nervous about risks, the guys reassured me that everything was undoable – nothing would be set in stone, and I was protected as a buyer.
I have never bought a car online before, and would only feel comfortable doing so with an experience like Greeland’s.
The short version of a much longer story is that anyone on the fence should take the plunge. I can’t imagine a world where these guys let you down – 10/10.
Worth noting that they drove the car down from Sheffield to drop it with me before my 9am meeting. Every now and then, you come across businesses and people who don’t just go the extra single mile, they go the extra 300: that’s this lot.
