I recently purchased a Lexus IS300 F-Sport from Greenland Cars, and I have to say- this was the smoothest transaction of any car I have purchased to date (and I had quite a few!). The staff were friendly and professional from my initial enquiry. They made the entire process feel so easy, and all queries were answered quickly. This was my first online vehicle purchase. Due to the significant distance from my home, I opted for the delivery service, and therefore, the first time I saw the physical vehicle was when it was delivered. However, Shakeel (aka Shak) provided all the relevant information, including 360 videos of the vehicle (interior and exterior) and total clarity on the process. Following the purchase of the vehicle, the car was delivered the next morning at the scheduled time! The car met all my expectations…Customer service is excellent!
